So I created 'now' text file to include that information. So let's welcome and enjoy today. ...................................................................... RIP x86-64 aka "How I left x86-64 architecture" Farewell Intel and AMD Long live AArch64 aka "Raspberry Pi everywhere" Raspberry Pi 4 server - Plan 9 Raspberry Pi 5 desktop - Alpine Linux Rebirth of Plan 9 + new kid in the playground NEX protocol. This server runs on Raspberry Pi 4. Web, Gopher, NEX, NPS and Mail. Nothing more is really needed. All is perfect ;/ Gopher has to be revisited. I am not satisfied with that protocol. It is unnecessarily complicated. There are already better alternatives. NEX protocol activated! NEX served by nexrc over port 1900. Gopher is still served for those old farts who are unable to change and adapt. Probably not for long ;/ No TLS, encryption or any similar sensless nonsense here. Mail works well, can reach anything I wish without any DKIM and TLS scam. The web works well and fast without TLS too. Gopher and NEX are just plain text, so they work excellent too. I will need firewall. Bots are hitting my SMTP port every second. Basic setup was pretty easy without any significant trouble. All good. I am pretty satisfied with hardware and software used now. _ _ ____ ____ ____ _ _ ____ ____ _ ___ |\/| | | |__/ |___ |\ | |__| |__/ | |__] | | |__| | \ |___ | \| | | .| \ | | Fun of the day ......................................................................
