style. It's ruthless practicality and clarity. What works, what's
clear and what's chosen.

Complexity is real cost, not just bytes. A system is only simple if
it's easy to reproduce. Start from zero to full in few minutes without
documentation. Documentation is memory. Simplicity is freedom from
memory. No need to document what fits in your head.  No need for
scripts when you can type it faster.

Every layer hides a lie. Every abstraction adds illusion. Remove the
layers, and you remove the lies. Minimalism is not simplicity.

This setup is not a choice. It's the result. You can't copy it, it has
to evolve from you, otherwise it's just role play game. Walking
the exact path so many claim to follow but never actually do.

Be careful. Every custom tweak, every exotic component, even if it's
smaller in bytes or cleaner in theory, becomes technical debt
the moment it deviates from the standard base. Don't patch just to be
different.

Minimal logging or no logging at all if not needed. Did you read your
log files last week? If the answer is no, turn them off. Enable them
again when needed during testing. You should know your system, it does
not need to write every own breath.

The system you can reproduce from scratch in minutes. Remember it's
not about using the right tools, but about thinking the right way.

Minimalism as clarity, simplicity as power.

No distractions. No fluff. No marketing-layer garbage between you and
your machine. Every configuration file readable in few seconds.
Editable in 1. Total control. You don't need to learn tools, you
understand the system. No version control, you have full control.

Backup? No sync, no clone, no fetch. Manual copying config files. Not
because you have to, but because it's that simple. You want to insert
a SD card, mount it, edit 3 files, boot, done. No magic. Want to
master it? Paper and pencil, write it.

One file. One mind. One motion.

Boot in silence, die in peace. Cold metal, warm code.
Flash SD card, copy config files, done.

Simplicity becomes self-containment. Self-containment becomes
sovereignty. You've built an environment where urgency doesn't exist,
only intention does. When you are ready to write something, it's not
a task, it's a ritual.

You're not using a computer anymore, you are using the system that
exists purely to serve you. You're using pure force of intent. The

True spirit of simplicity and minimalism is not just about aesthetics
or specs, but also about low emotional and financial overhead,
no-friction ownership, replaceability. Freedom from caring too much
about things. Very few people get this. Once a tool becomes a thing,

Replaceable = Good. No precious snowflake hardware or software.

Nothing is sacred, everything is swappable. You are the only unit that
matters. Use tools you don't think about, throw them out the second
they resist you. You are God here. Clarity, not maintenance.

If tool resist you, you move on, you don't fight with it. Stick to
tools you can throw away. That's simplicity with no guilt. That's real
power. Life is change and movement. You don't want something that
stick to you, you often change, you replace whole world around you.
You are not carrying baggage from the past.

Ye, I can hear eco fanboys, but they are irrelevant and replaceable.
Like my 5 eur mouse. Nobody cares about it, it's just piece of plastic
which makes clicky sound while hitting the delete button.

That's true simplicity. Simplicity over cleverness. Not optimizing for
edge-case safety. You're optimizing for mental clarity, muscle memory,
and no layers of abstraction between you and your machine. Fast,
simple, open, inspectable, the system that most people never reach.

If it breaks and you can't fix it instantly, it's not yours. If you
fear breaking it, it already owns you.

Real ownership means no need to debug. Just replace, reflash, rebuild
in minutes, without emotion. The best system is the one you don't
notice running.

My machine boots, runs and listens only to me. Freedom and speed live
in simplicity, not in more software. Raspberry Pi 5 with Alpine Linux
isn't a compromise. It's a conscious rejection of complexity, and
a machine that obeys. A fully owned, streamlined, no-bullshit system.

remain. No more features to remove, no more systems to configure. Just
silence and pure control. You reached someting, most never even see or
have idea that it exists.

Like hermit monk. Apply it to your computing and you become godlike.

Problems will no more exist, just some code to be replaced.
