Ego and mind

Phenomenom of life. Everything is perfect. All done.
Until one interacts with first thought, says first word or do some
action. Then it starts to be fucked up. The answer is obviously more
thoughts, more words and more actions. Then everything is fucked up
completely.

Ego is just limitation of mind, some broken subset of it. All fakery
is coming from ego. Mind is just mind. It does not exist. There are
just thoughts and we call it mind. If one claim of ownership of those
thoughts, then that construct becomes an ego. Bended, filtered,
adjusted thoughts, that's ego. We often think that mind is real. It's
just because we are not aware of the space between thoughts. There are
so many thoughts and they come and go so fast, constantly, that it may
feel like it's some house of thoughts full of them.

One can often read in noble books, that he should control his mind.
But how can someone control something, that does not exist and
definitely it does not belong to him. Your mind is not yours. Your ego
however is only yours! It's your creation, your own limited playground
you made.

So what one should do with all those thoughts, worries, fears, limits,
ego, and whatever imagination pop ups in you vaccinated mind? Nothing.
If you work with them, you are building misserland, if you fight with
them, you are starting already lost human vs universe war.

Don't waste. Keep all that for someone more unfortunate and desperate
than you. Don't heat your brain by spending your energy on ego.

Yes dear noble and respectable citizen with diploma and other papers.
Exactly you genius, who knows everything and was everywhere. You who
is so smart, that you feel you have to teach others. Visit toilet and
do what you have to, but keep in mind, that's not You.

Remember dear, whatever shit you are, whatever you fucked up in life,
no matter what, that's not You. All was just your imaginery, created
ego you worked so hard to made it up. You are still timeless, pure,
complete, 100% and perfect. All shit, every pain you felt or gave was
just story of your ego. It has nothing to do with You. It never
existed. All was just an illusion.

The ego is fed with no. Everytime you say no, you feel powerful. Try
say yes to life and existence.
