Date: 2025-04-22 Nothing Would you like to really touch and recognize true reality? Life itself, consciousness, god, universe, nature? Let's explore it. Whatever you do, just stop. Close your eyes and observe, watch without any expectation. Put all concepts and agendas of your mind on the side. Don't fight with mind and all those thoughts. Let them be, don't interact. They will pop up and will try to tell you what Life, consciousness is, how it should be and so on. Don't interact with it, keep it on the side. Don't answer to any question mind will ask, don't look there. Just observe, watch very focused. Take out all trash, everything. Forget that you are human, man or woman, your age, believes, religion, throw out everything until there is nothing left. You have to focus deeply and there has to be no one concept, question or answer from your mind. Whole mind has to be stored on the side for a while. Don't worry, it will not be gone, all your misery and fake believes will wait there for you. Your mind is not going to have holiday. It's important that you don't have any expectation how your consciousness should be and what it should look like. Don't try to interact with it, you can't. Just go deep into you without anything, totally empty, naked. Like you get hardly hit in your head and you lose everything what you know, but all in calm and stillness. 100% concentration just to observe, but not something in your mind or anything outside of you, not even your body functions, nothing. Just be aware and watch. What left then? What's there? When did it come, can it disappear or die? Is there some time at all for it? Does it have any form, structure, meaning, tasks, purpose? Is there something it is missing? Does it require something to add, something to learn, something to achieve? Does it need some special place, time, conditions? Some may get it easier, some harder, it does not matter, try it until you get it. That's Life dear, the very essence of you. The rest is just irrelevant junk, it's nothing and it does not matter. There is something that is not in the next moment, not in the past moment. Don't look anywhere to find it. Even your very search to find it is already arising in it. We are missing the obvious. Don't seek help from your mind. For mind's sake, never fight with your mind, you will just suffer and lose. When will you spend one moment to be just you? Not carrying some message for tomorrow. What unfinished business is left to do before you can simply be your being, be yourself?
